Job Description

Key responsibilities :, Driving the HR business partnership for the firm with a strong unground knowledge of Industrial Relations to manage 5 plants, from which 3 are unionised, Driving end to end HR for the corporate office and guiding the HR team on the plant sites, Responsible for maintaining harmonious & cordial industrial relations in the Organisation, Responsible for statutory compliance, records under various labour laws, Dealing with office bearer of union & committee members, Negotiation & discussions with office bearer & committee members on various IR matters, Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs., Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgetsQualifications :, At least 13,18 years of work experience in manufacturing sector, with at least 5,8 years on a plant site, Must have an MBA in HR , Openness to travel to various plant sites
