Responsibilities:, Talent management: Resourcing of key talent for the function, Building a strong work culture that reflects company Values and around Values across the functions., Anchoring HR & OD processes of performance management (MBR), engagement and culture survey, people development (PDP,PADP) , Organization development initiatives,interventions like Employee Engagement, competency building and Team building, HR Policy creation & administration: Will be responsible for ensuring contemporariness and also driving policy implementation, Overall the role is a well,rounded generalist role providing avenues to the incumbent to learn the challenges of Line HR will also proving an opportunity to create and drive an OD agenda, In a nutshell the role Partners key stakeholders to deliver HR solutions to the Business
