Job Description

, Partner with the key stakeholders to develop, implement and drive results increasing the overall performance of the workforce., Facilitate end to end employee life cycle management for smoother assimilation and guiding unit HR for sourcing and hiring strategies, performance management, compensation etc., Review the policies, processes, rewards, and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement the best practices., Partner with other functional heads on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and skills assessment., Work with the CHRO on the manpower planning with a short, mid, and long, term view as part of the AOP process., Drive HR Strategies and interventions in line with long term business plans & spearheading projects., Implementation of HR initiatives including Talent Acquisition, Performance management, Rewards and Recognition, Employee Engagement, Learning & development for the identified Corporate Functions.
