Our client is a fast,growing India's first D2C pet care start,up based in Pune.Job Responsibilities :, Responsible for managing the E,Commerce,D2C business and managing the P&L for the online retail channel, delivering on short,term and long,term plans, including delivering against budgets., Maximizing online sales performance through effective management and development of the team, ensuring the long,term strategy is at the heart of all decisions., Build brand e,commerce strategy that complements Company website strategy ensuring all projects support brand strategy and contribute to growth targets by setting KPIs and tactical changes., Liaising and influencing cross,functionally within the senior management team, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged on E,Commerce activity, projects, and strategy, and knowledge, assistance, and insight are acquired where needed., Managing the marketplaces, namely Amazon, Flipkart & Bigbasket, and planning the presence of the organization , in terms of the strategy, management, forecasts, and results. These include short, and long,term objectives, customer metrics, and overall performance., Oversee the day,to,day marketplace E,commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance., Develop budgets for all phases of marketplace E,commerce and execute marketplace promotions to maximise growth., Manage relationships with digital agencies and external third parties in the marketplace effectively to drive growth, Develop and implement the assortment and inventory plan to match the sales plan. Work with other divisions to maximise inventory & provide ongoing strategic insights and recommendations of new marketplaces channels with growth plans., Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, sales & customer service to drive the success of the eCommerce business., Improve the e,commerce experience and feature sets by evaluating new payment solutions, customer communication tools, mobile solutions, merchandising tools, and other enhancements., Actively advocate for e,commerce business across all levels of the organization., Working closely with analytics, product, and category managers will be crucial to optimize and scale on marketplaces.Preferred Candidate : , Experience of 5,9 years with qualified MBA from Tier,1,Tier 2 b,school. , Preference to talent with experience in the D2C, FMCG sector., Strong knowledge of the marketplace., Hands,on experience of an e,Commerce platform , Shopify., Prior experience working in a high,growth startup scaling experience (from lakhs to crores)., Should have his own contacts and connections with other vendors or suppliers., Must possess knowledge of the supply chain process, commercials to improve the user journey by displaying relevant products on the website. , Should be an animal lover or a pet parent., Strong stakeholder management skills. , Good team management and leadership skills. , Excellent written and verbal communication skills., Should have a good emotional quotient. , Should be good in data and analytical skillsDue to the paucity of time, we will connect with only relevant candidates.
