Job Description


Own full-funnel digital marketing budgets for Luxury

Plan and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels such as Google, Meta and others 

Collaborate with category and planning teams on sale plans, share inputs on marketing deliverables 

Performance Improvement

Maximize conversions from various channels, track and improve the customer journey, improve category and sub-category performance and thereby positively impact key metrics for individual channels

Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve costs efficiencies and conversion rates

Highlight anomalies, breakout trends and whitespace to scale channel performance and revenues

Create a recurring plan for testing and experiments on various digital channels, capture learnings and internalize them

Benchmarking and New initiatives

Forecast demand and potential for each channel, scale sustainably on each to grow business

Benchmark metrics, creatives, etc w.r.t to competition and incorporate actionable insights into channels

Be the go-to person for Mar-tech initiatives, feed-related requirements, and ad creative enhancements

Lead special initiatives like Brand launches, and sales events, explore new digital channels, campaign types, and placements


Be accountable for building and maintaining digital marketing reports

Utilize internal tools such as Omniture, AppsFlyer, Ad Platform reporting, etc. for planning and optimization

Key Requirements

You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

You have at least 3-4 years of prior experience in digital marketing as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including Google and Meta

Working knowledge in handling both performance and upper funnel campaigns on digital media would be preferred

You have solid expertise in the campaign and channel analysis including working with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar

You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data with consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations

You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication and collaboration skills
