Job Description

Represent the Owner in the market, internally and to all existing and potential tenant relationships with the objective of optimizing occupancy levels and maximizing NOI of the commercial property portfolio through strong leasing transactions team.

Requirement for a candidate with direct leasing side leasing experience on behalf of a developer. Proven experience in concluding leases on behalf of owner.

Ability to build relationships with existing and potential customers, leasing agents, brokers etc through systems and disciplined framework and team management structure.

Build relationships with local stakeholders for the best interests of the owners long term business value. Strong focus on customer relationships balanced with commercial acumen to deliver optimal financial outcomes for the owners over the medium term.

Clear understanding of the development and asset management cycle and the place of the leasing transaction, and renewals, within that cycle and consequent impact on portfolio value.

With local team support and drive implementation of process initiatives, technology and management tools and reporting, collaborate and communicate internally and externally with maturity and sound judgement. Collaborate with in house property management partners and also deal with inevitable unpredictable events with maturity and sound judgement. Should demonstrate strong problem solving skills and multi tasking abilities.

Needs to be able to demonstrate experience in a corporate environment with responsibility for reporting against KRAs for self and team

Participative in approach with big picture focus whilst having ability to deep dive into a particular area issue if needed and provide practical solutions and immediate leadership to team.

Demonstrated ability to work with Heads of Capex and Operations & Chennai Senior leadership to support implementation of centrally defined SPOs and processes.

Be accountable for ensuring that all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements relating to the Park are being delivered on time and in accordance with the agreed content and standards.

Customer and property centric, a manager who can drive process and people around a common goal through direct and indirect reports with velocity and energy.

Flexible to drive teams based on changing priorities and needs of business.
