We are hiring Manager Business Development for a British MNC for their Pune Office. The company has pan India presence with its HO at New Delhi and Regional Office at Mumbai.
The company is involved in process surveillance audit and Training related to various ISO certification.
The position is open to experienced Female and Male candidates . The Selected Candidate shall be responsible for an aggressive growth campaign to drive sales in specific product segments.
Key responsibilities include
Identify and research target companies within the local market
Initiate outbound calls to qualified, prospective clients at a senior level
Present key benefits of our products while focusing on specific customer needs
Consistently move the customer towards a positive buying decision or commitment
Closely manage and grow existing accounts to maximise existing relationships
Identify growth opportunities and achieve objectives. Hit sales targets
Plan B2B promotion and plan support activity
Interact with customers to resolve sales and service related issues
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
Strong communication skills are essential of this role. You'll have constant interaction with a variety of clients. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic Business Development ready to take on the additional challenge of delivering significant revenue growth.
