No. of Requirements , 2Role: Revenue Manager Line of Businesses: Flights and Ground TransportLocation: GurgaonRole Overview: This role will be a part of the Revenue Team wherein the incumbent would be required to define and grow categories, increase top,line by engaging approaches pertaining to demand management, supply sufficiency, pricing controls, platform usability and category analysis.Key Learnings in this role:, Exposure to engage and learn from leading industry stalwarts, Complex problem,solving skills using out of the box ideas, Entrepreneurial mindset to keep doing new things every time, Working in cross,functional environments including working closely with Product, Tech, Supply, Marketing, Finance, post,sales etc. Skills you will bring to the table:1. P&L Management and Driving Growth: , Define & drive the short term and long,term growth agenda of the business while influencing various cross functional teams, Manage the business P&L and devise strategies to achieve revenue goals, Tactically manage active revenue levers to achieve the daily margin, conversion and transaction goals, Lead discussions on the relevant banking and non,banking alliances and execute tactical marketing campaigns, Tracking performance parameters and keep a tight control on business KPI numbers , Deep dive into competitor pricing data and use signals to improve category pricing , Deep dive onto demand signals , traffic data to decipher business and marketing strategy , Collaborate with marketing to devise and execute customer engagement strategies and campaigns, Understanding new markets & segments , the trends,customer behavior and working with marketing, supply and product to maximize conversion basis those trends , Follow a stringent action plan and collaborate with the product team to increase platform conversion for the category, Work with product teams to automate , improve pricing, business reporting and alerting mechanisms, Collaborate with operations team to devise and ensure smooth post,sale processes2. Data Analysis and Reporting: , Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources , Proactively analyse data using statistical methods to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self,initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity Tools that will be used:, MS Excel , MS Power,point, Google Analytics, Omniture, SQL , HiveWhat are we looking for in you? Relevant Experience:, Postgraduate from top tier institute, Total 5,7 years of experience with 2,4 years of proven experience in revenue, category or P&L management role, Prior experience of working in an online business,platform ecosystem would be advantageous , Prior experience of working closely with C,level executives in driving strategic initiatives, Experience in handling multiple accounts as a category manager will be preferred Personality: , Good understanding of the product category, market, and growth opportunities in order to implement strategic and targeted action plans to achieve goals, Data analytics and financial modeling ability, Google Analytics, Omniture, SQL, Advanced MS Excel desirable , Strong communication skills, Influencing skills, great interpersonal & stakeholder management skills, High on energy, team player coupled with a great attitude
