The role will involve driving relationships with national brands, building demand for them on the magicpin platform and growing revenues., The role is suitable for someone who possesses strategic & creative thinking ability to ideate and create innovative marketing solutions, execute them, and leverage data to draw insights from campaigns and improve further. magicpin is building something unique in retail and we are growing rapidly, with the Home Delivery vertical scaling exponentially as well., If you want to be a part of this ecosystem and thrive on ownership & delivering results while being creative, analytical & self,driven, please check the details and apply.Key Responsibilities :, Manage relationships with Category A Brands in F&B, Grocery & Pharmacy (McDonald's, KFC, Starbucks, Spencer's, Apollo, etc.) and build demand for home delivery and offline business, Drive marketing campaigns for brands, owning revenue & growth targets, Create & pitch proposals to new brands, onboarding & launching them on the platform, Lead a team of junior Account Managers and build efficient processes as we scale exponentially, Brainstorm creative strategies for accounts and execute them, Comprehend and analyze key success parameters for clients, campaigns and undertake complete client engagement, Conceptualize and create customized proposals for brand pitches and upsell pitches, Generate insightful campaign reports through research and analysis, highlighting key performance metrics, Generate sales leads and prospects across national brands Skills & Qualifications :, Marketing,Sales professional experienced in planning & executing marketing campaigns, Seasoned account manager, experienced in owning client relationships and revenue targets, Excellent with analysis of data, extracting insights, and market research, Strategic & creative thinking ability to ideate and create solutions for brands and position them effectively to clients, Strong interpersonal & presentation skills, with ability to work cross functionally with all levels of management, both internally & externally, Self,driven with high sense of ownership & responsibility, Embraces chaos and loves working in a fast,paced environment, Experience in brand marketing or F&B,Grocery sectors is preferred, Minimum experience: 3 years, Tier 2 Institutes MBA is a plusPerks & Benefits :, Industry competitive compensation, Highly self,driven, feedback oriented and motivated work environment, Appraisals every 6 months and the potential for rapid growth, Build something unique in retail and network with industry leaders, INR 2 lakh Medical Coverage for employee, spouse and childrenAbout magicpin :magicpin is India's largest retail rewards platform that drives discovery and commerce for offline businesses.
