Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Account Manager , Client Partner to join our FMCG business. The role will involve driving client relationships with national brands, building demand for them on the magicpin platform and growing revenues. FMCG is one of the fastest growing categories at magicpin. You will be at the centerstage of this growth, and interact with brand and trade teams of top companies on a daily basis., [Immediate joiners will be preferred]The role is suitable for someone who possesses strategic & creative thinking ability to ideate and create innovative marketing solutions, execute them, and leverage data to draw insights from campaigns and improve further. Must have , excellent client handling skills.Key Responsibilities :, Manage end to end relationships with FMCG brand partners, Drive marketing campaigns for brands, owning revenue & growth targets, Lead a team of junior Account Managers and build efficient processes as we scale exponentially, Brainstorm creative strategies for accounts and execute them, Comprehend and analyze key success parameters for clients, campaigns and undertake complete client engagement, Conceptualize and create customized proposals for brand pitches and upsell pitches, Generate insightful campaign reports through research and analysis, highlighting key performance metrics, Generate sales leads and prospects across brandsSkills & Qualifications :, Seasoned account manager, experienced in owning client relationships and revenue targets, Marketing,Sales professional experienced in planning & executing marketing campaigns, Excellent with analysis of data, extracting insights, and market research, Strategic & creative thinking ability to ideate and create solutions for brands and position them effectively to clients, Strong interpersonal & presentation skills, with ability to work cross functionally with all levels of management, both internally & externally, Self,driven with high sense of ownership & responsibility, Embraces chaos and loves working in a fast,paced environment, Experience in digital , brand marketing and FMCG sector is preferred, Minimum experience: 3 yearsPerks & Benefits :, Industry competitive compensation, Highly self,driven, feedback oriented and motivated work environment, Appraisals every 6 months and the potential for rapid growth, Build something unique and network with industry leaders, INR 2 lakh Medical Coverage for employee, spouse and childrenAbout magicpin :magicpin is India's largest retail rewards platform that drives discovery and commerce for offline businesses.
