Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and proactive sales resourcet to join our fast,paced Brand Solutions team. The incumbent will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their ROI,driven marketing needs and ensuring we clarify all their doubts. Go to Market person who can connect with CXO's,Founders,Decision makers and actively present magicpin & negotiate the queries and lead conversion. Responsibilities:, Make Magicpin part of clients' sales planning & marketing process., Create Go to Agency strategy with a performance marketing approach and build a predictable business with monetisation. , Establish Magicpin with Scale, Speed and right pricing point., Create pipeline, aggressively pitch, close new business by using a strong sales approach of unique Magicpin userset., Carry revenue targets, manage key accounts and deliver against sales metrics such as churn. , Evaluate reasoning for missed client and convert them vis a vis competition & activate the reasoning with the clients with our solutions, Analyse the sales data at our end and the redemption data received from the clients. Based on the analysis, curate brand solutions to fill the gaps & amp up the numbers to achieve the goals,targets set for the brand,category of brands, through creative solutions., Work on key accounts to provide brand solutions, promotions and ensure that all potential business opportunities have been explored within the ecosystem of magicpin., Conceptualize and create customized proposals for brand pitches and upsell pitches., Generate insightful campaign reports through research and analysis highlighting key performance metrics to keep clients engaged. Work on user affinity and dashboard to engage brand engagements and strategy recommendations., Build & maintain ongoing relationships with clients along with ensuring timely collections from those accounts. Ensuring supply & continued investment from the existing clients., Bridge the gap between the design team and marketing promotions to amp up the visibility. , Ensure client expectations and promotions delivery are aligned.Requirements:, Bachelor's degree in business, marketing & Sales.. MBA from Tier 1, Tier 2 college preferred., 5,8 yrs experience in sales, key account management, client management in the Advertising and Brand sector preferred., Proficient in Microsoft Excel Advanced and PowerPoint to create campaign reports and manage ongoing data analysis for brands., Strong Analytical Ability and Problem Solving Approach. Strategic & creative thinking ability to ideate and create solutions for brands., High sense of ownership & responsibility, thrives in a fast,paced environment, and is deadline,driven., Good communication skills as the role involve day,to,day interaction with key clients., Positive outlook & solution finding ability and always lean forward towards striving to achieve the goals set on a personal and team level. , Great track record in overachieving targets, Excellent relationship management, communication, and analytical skills, Ability to handle pressure situations, Attitude to make the impossible possible, Looking for someone who can align partner priorities with multiple stakeholders and get things done
