Job Description

We are looking for a talented Customer Platform Marketing Manager to join our team., This role will be very critical in setting up the complete B2B and B2C platform marketing strategy and bringing about the required digital transformation for the organization. You will work with our business team and partner with them to improve stakeholder engagement., You should have good experience in product marketing with project management and a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools , platforms could add value to business strategy and performance. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth by creating and maintaining long,term vision and strategy in focus.Duties:, Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy, defining goals, measurement framework, and creative direction., Formulate and direct the overall platform marketing strategy for all channels, so as to achieve the desired audience reach and targets., Drive impact on revenue and market share growth including customer life cycle management. Building marketing capability, tracking spends and measuring the effectiveness of all campaigns. Manage a gamut of marketing activities for the platform including but not limited, Manage a gamut of marketing activities for the platform including but not limited to ATL, BTL, digital and social media campaigns, and overall campaign management and optimization based upon data,driven strategies., Accelerating customer acquisition, improving customer retention, and optimizing the user funnel., Drive end,to,end user lifecycle journey through various online and offline acquisition, engagement and retention strategies., Drive market research and new product development., Monitoring & developing 360,degree marketing strategy of the digital platform.Dimensions:, Revenue responsibility range: Based on AOP, Profitability, As per P&L, Team Size , Direct Reportees , 0 , 2 (Could increase as per business requirement), Promotional Budget , As per P&LStakeholders:, External: Comms Agencies , Conceptualization, Market Research Firms, K.O.L's , to Gauge Insights for Strategies, (Field Visits, Conferences, Ad Boards), Industry experts within the domain., Internal: Leadership Team , Monthly review, HR, L&D , Development of Team , Filling in vacancies, Finance , P & L, Operations team , Case to case basis, Medical , Compliance , Case to Case basis, Lab Team , Case to Case basis.Skills & Competencies:, Collaboration, Accountability, Result oriented, Influencing, Business Acumen, Agility, Leadership, Desire to work in a fast,paced start,up environment & immerse in an amazing learning experience, Should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long term vision and strategy in focus., Take high level brainstormed ideas to actual implementation, tracking and analyzing, Creative thinker with analytical skills, Understanding of web , mobile apps developer and industry landscape.
