(1) Design and implement processes for effective fraud control in lending business.(2) Set up procedures and processes for screening and verification of financial KYC documents submitted by the customers.(3) Manage the TAT for cases flowing to RCU team for verification.(4) Investigation & root Cause Analysis of fraud dispute cases.(5) Effectively engage with operations, collections and sales teams to contribute towards overall reduction in fraud loss.(6) Continuously engage with key location teams and HO revenue team to identify process improvement opportunities.(7) Proactively identifying fraud trends and taking effective corrective measures.(8) Devise strategies to minimize fraud and improve quality of sourcing.(9) Minimizing fraud losses to ensure robust portfolio health.(10) Manage and build team as per business requirements.
