Job Description

Reporting into the Head , TM&OD, the person will be responsible for driving key Learning & Development interventions across the organization. The person will also be responsible to drive end to end performance management process & creating a performance culture in the organization. The role will be responsible for the design and delivery of the learning and development plan for individuals to ensure they have the capabilities needed to succeed in this unique environment.Key Responsibilities :, Conducting gap analysis of people capability in line with organizational strategy and designing of Learning & Development strategy to provide overall alignment to achieve short term and long,term goals of Org, Act as a program manager to develop learning journeys that are delivered in a hybrid manner , facilitator,led classroom and online interventions., Take care of Customer Success , make sure program objectives are understood well, implementation is seamless and effectiveness is ensured, Assisting in designing, development, and implementation of the talent identification, development, and review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent., Assisting in designing of competency framework in line with the overall organizational strategy that helps in acquiring of "right talent in right place"., Strategizing and assisting in bringing performance,driven culture with an in,depth understanding of business scope,objective and establishing the right set of KRA,KPIs, Conducting and initiating various surveys such as employee satisfaction survey, pulse of people, performance survey, technology changes survey to make sure people and organization is aligned with market dynamics and assisting.Previous Experience & Knowledge required :, MBA with 4,7 years of experience who has hands,on experience in designing and implementation of L&D and PMS strategies, and who can work as an independent contributor, Exposure to other functions such as Employer Branding, Rewards & Recognition, campus hiring, etc. is preferable., Strong verbal and written communication skills, Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills,, Thorough understanding of industry and best practice in the said domain, The ability to work successfully in a very fast,paced environment with the need to manage constant change, The ability to deal with ambiguity , ready to change gears and plans quickly.
