Roles & Responsibilities :, Responsible for engagement with the candidate once the offer is rolled out and until the candidate comes on board, Work on different strategies to stay connected with the candidate like arranging for a team lunch,Training session, Welcome goodies and to maintain a close follow up until he,she joins the organization, Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events, Track hiring metrics including time,to,hire, time,to,fill and source of hire, Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys, Host and participate in job fairs, Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., Creative thinking is a must.Requirements :, 12 ,14 years of total experience, Someone with predominant experience in Talent Acquisition but who is keen to work as Candidate Management Specialist, Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, Strong interpersonal skills, Good written and verbal communications skills, Team spirit
