, Directly working with the leadership, the incumbent will be instrumental in setting up the end to end talent acquisition policies and processes, Drive the hiring strategy for the organization to attract high caliber talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates, Leverage recruiting expertise to act as the Strategic Talent Advisor to the business, At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition hiring for core Tech skills, Prior experience in a start up ecosystem is a must, Must be able to hold relevant and intellectually stimulating conversations with the leadership, Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management
