Responsibilities, Responsible to develop talent sourcing strategies and advise the business leaders on the talent landscape. , Responsible for undertaking searches to fulfill positions by working closely with the Talent advisors and business leaders., Responsibilities To strategize innovative sourcing strategies to find and attract the top passive and active talent Actively source candidates utilizing resume databases, networks, social media and other relevant resources., Participate in hiring events, information sessions and special recruiting events as needed Maintain the integrity of recruiting reports and applicant tracking Requirements, Should hold good experience working with Corporates. , 9,12 years of Proven work experience as a Non IT Recruiter., Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency,based, stress etc), Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)., 15 days or maximum 1 month of notice., Hands,on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
