Organization: Leading Agritech Company Responsibilities:A. Leadership, Team Building , Marketing Strategic Planning :1. Work closely with the sales team and Marketing team to develop programs and strategize the communications for internal as well as external customers (B2B and B2C)2. Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative3. Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department4. Set, monitor and report on team goals5. Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)6. Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas and develop marketing tools to support sales team7. Developing and managing advertising campaigns.8. Building brand awareness and positioning. ( All 3 BUs )9. Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.10. Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.B. Digital Marketing:1. Digital marketing communication and engagements through social media campaigns2. Strategizing all Digital Marketing planning, buying and optimization for measurement of campaigns.3. Digital Marketing implementation through SEO, SEM Social Media Ads to drive sales.4. Supervising the content, design, managing collaterals across ATL, BTL and digital media5. Manage Google Search Ads campaigns (copywriting, AB testing, campaign optimization)6. Structured Social media Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn)7. Evaluating the important metrics that effect the website traffic and online experience.C. Performance Reporting:1. Develop KPIs to measure digital campaign and drive its ROI for the organisation2. Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.3. Acting as subject matter expert and providing insight from SEO POV to other stakeholders.4. Running off page campaigns by acquiring backlinks from high quality websites to improve brand awareness, Domain Authority and Page Authority.Ideal Candidate:1. Content: Ability to curate great content by presenting stories, wins creatively to communicate the message effectively. Catching the attention of the audience, appealing to their emotions, generating empathy, and positioning the company as a strong brand as a result 2. Channels: Knowledge and experience of channels to take that content to a relevant audience and drive engagement on various media such as social media or hoardings. Experience in tracking, analyzing engagement & iterating to deliver business outcomes in terms of partners, customers, etc.3. Obsession for Marketing: Be the custodian of the brand of the company with crazy attention to detail, scout for opportunities surface stories and to capture them and make marketing an organization culture 4. Leadership: Take initiatives and motivate, inspire the employees, customers, vendors. Collaborate with them as a strong team player. 5. Business Orientation: Creativity to think out of the box, to identify growth strategies, and to connect marketing to business6.
