We are looking for HR Lead Shared services for one of the large growing manufacturing organisations having global presence. Job Description   One should have managed headcount of 10,000 plus employees. Must have expertise in handling Payroll, Employee Life Cycle management, retrials and HR compliance. Sound knowledge of Interpretation & Communication of Payroll related Policies Understand, Analyse each HR policy. Discuss with competent Authorities on the issue raised by the Units & Zones. Issue clarifications & propose supplement. Participation in policy formation & Implementation Participate in the discussion for revolving recommendations on formulation and implementation of HR Payroll & Operations related policies. Policy comparison during acquisition. Payroll & Compliance With Payroll transition to Payroll. Cascading all the payroll related policies to payroll partner for customizing the tool & process. It's a team handling role.
