, Lead the digital (performance,growth) marketing function for the company, for its B2C and eventually B2B lines of business , Be responsible for the marketing budget and the returns in terms of lead generation, conversions and partnerships forged , Be responsible for optimizing the CAC and LTV through creative hacks and out,of,box campaigns, retention tools, word,of,mouth campaigns and gamification , Carry a deep understanding of urban and pan India consumers (millennial parents) along with a grasp of customer cycles and behavior in EdTech , Work closely with the senior management for short,term and long,term business objectives., At least 2,3 years of experience managing marketing P&L , Comfortable with cross,functional collaboration , Must be willing to be based out of Bangalore or Delhi NCR (after situation normalizes) , Should have very strong grasp on digital , performance marketing and drive engagement on social channels , Someone who is detail focused and self,motivated , Demonstrated success in meticulous planning and execution , Can work in ambiguous work environment
