Job Description

The MI & A Lead needs to be a core numbers person who comes with extensive experience in dealing with Big Data to frame models which allow readily available trends, correlations & drive key hiring decisions. Be abreast to the latest technologies in analytics platforms which can be leveraged into our ecosystem. Should come with deep knowledge on statistical tools to make sense of large pieces of information. Data Analytics SME's to use the available data points and platforms to draw inferences & provide roadmaps for key hiring decisions for new deals like Optimized Channel Optimization Recommended Pyramid basis historical data Capacity Planning Move from reactive to proactive by capturing skill wise deal wise hiring trends in FY Should be able to build templates & dashboards for TSC Delivery and groom some of the data aggregators.
