Job Description

The incumbent will be handling Brand & Media Marketing for Lakme Lever Private Limited. Roles and Responsibilities :, Planning monthly brand campaigns with paid, owned & earned medias., Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media & communication design, Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns Implementation & Tracking of paid advertisements such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads Search & Display using Adespresso, Facebook and Google Ad Manager, Achieved and maintained ROI, Planning, Executing, Tracking & Optimizing Email Campaigns for email database and SMS Campaigns database on weekly basis, Distribution of creative content to various affiliate channels such as alliance websites, health and beauty bloggers, press etc., Guided marketing on social media content sharing schedule for better guests engagement, Spearheaded development project that includes building Expert App & Customer App, Coordinated with the teams on creative campaigns which includes email campaigns, Facebook promotions & Google promotions initiatives for an improved end,user experience, Monitor all corporate social media accounts and websites to ensure positive online presence, Consumer insight generation for clutter breaking communicationCategory Management :, Responsible for Revenue, Margins for the Hair, Skin, Makeup portfolio, Able to target new opportunities by means of new services, products by understanding customer needs, market trends., Help in Design and Plan road map of delivering new products & services, Coordinate in driving equity of Lakme Fashion Week (LFW) & Lakme Bridal Week (LBW), Setting up Standard Operating Processes and execute implementation across all category to create a uniform tracking , monitoring system, Close coordination with NCDs & other key functions on driving top line and innovation funnel for the organisationBusiness KPIs :, Lead generation through efficient media campaigns, Drive FF at salons to ensure topline, Drive ABV with contextual communication to get higher wallet share, Responsible for Customers makeover transformational stories & testimonials, Responsible for category's topline , Hair, skin & make up, Increasing penetration for LLPL's own brands like Dermalogica, TIGI, LakmeDesired Candidate Profile :, Understanding of the marketing mix & digital platforms, Analytical skills & attention to detail, An understanding of trends and & an ability to respond to customers insights, Creativity and an ability to produce innovative & original ideas, Experience with an understanding of market research, Strategic thinking with a strong focus on results, Written & verbal communication skills, Project management skills, with zeal to work on multiple projects at the same time
