The candidate will plan and execute the marketing initiatives for the brand across professional, ecommerce and retail channelsQualification Required: MBA Experience Required: 5, 7 years , Part of Core marketing function of a consumer facing brand, Should have worked in beauty, lifestyle or makeup product brands , Previous work experience in a professional and skin care brand is beneficial, Result driven individual with experience in creating & executing marketing campaigns, driving sales revenue through marketing actions, handling product on ecommerce portals like Nykaa, Amazon etcPrimary Responsibility : , Handle marketing function for the brand including ATL campaigns, digital media & BTL programs, Handling marketing creatives, developing and deploying collaterals, on,ground implementation of the same. , Building Dermalogica imagery as a prestige skin care brand in its on,ground presence through Visual merchandising, activations & on,ground events for key consumers, Manage relationships with key partners and ecommerce channels, Handle relevant associations, tie,ups and partnerships for the brand, Create and execute brand specific events to engage with our TG, Managing agencies including creative, digital, print vendors, Work on new product market launches across all channels
