Incumbent should have business and the sales acumen, focusing on sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes.

Responsible for formulating sales plan in short term and long term perspective to meet business targets.

Providing direction to execute sales launches in sync with geographical characteristics.

Identifying the business opportunities and prospects and evaluate their relevance to organization sales plan.

Should be responsible to assimilate and analyze market as an input to sales strategy accordingly.

Should be responsible to plan and execute the market specific sales promotion activities, participating in exhibitions etc.

Responsible for understanding the client needs and provide appropriate solutions to close the sales deal, proven new business development skills

Evaluating the sales budgets periodically including manpower planning initiatives and ensure adherence to planned expenses.

Responsible for designing system and processes for efficient sales to clients.

Need to take proactive initiatives ensuring high sales volumes and profitability.

Establishing goals and developing business plans for the achievements of sales goals.


Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Excellent at both oral & written communication skills in English & Mandarin.

Driving sales and profitability.

Work with team to develop specific strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are must.

Should be highly motivated and target oriented.

Driving cost reduction and profitability

Candidate from the jewelry industry is must.

Excellent networking, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
