Identify opportunities and define product vision and strategy., Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth., Identify, assess and mitigate risks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade,offs balancing the business needs vs. product limitations., Scope and prioritise activities in the product roadmap based on business and customer impact., Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and wireframes,prototypes., Review,undertake competitor analysis to understand their respective strengths and weaknesses and reveal market gaps., Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive product,feature promotionsYou'll Be a Great Fit If : , You have total 7+ years of work experience with 4+ years of experience as Product Owner , APM , PM, preferably in a B2B SAAS product., You have spent at least 2 years working on single product; building and shipping it in a fast,growing company as a Product Owner, Product Manager or a similar position.., You are a product evangelist: obsessed with the end user, well,versed in product research and development practices and are willing to share your knowledge with the team., You have strong orientation for Design,User Experience (UX)., You can drive customer discussions, engage with advocacy group, assimilate user voice, and transform user insights into feature roadmap.You Get Bonus Points If :, You have experience working in any of the following domains: Talent Management, Payroll, Performance Management, Timesheets,Project Management, HRMS., You have an MBA,Post Graduate from B,School.
