KANTAR Analytics, Bengaluru is the hub for global deliveries of Total Marketing ROI as well as Forecasting and other advanced analytics work, for clients across the globe. We currently have openings for Principal Advanced Analytics at our Bangalore office. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :, Lead a team of 30+ consultants and analyst to deliver various advanced analytics solutions to our client including ROI, Forecasting and Other modeling and ML based solutions, End to end account management responsibility including planning, resourcing, revenue management, business development, operations and thought leadership. , Work with marketing clients to help them make smart decisions and then to implement and track them. , Being the first principle thinker, challenging and growing team to develop client centric and profitable business offerings in analytics domain. , Identify and conduct various the efficiency and quality improvement internal projects to drive profitability and growth. , Manage day,to,day account operations independently along with senior consultants and analysts in the team, Engaging as a thought leader and account owner with the client and onsite counterparts, Helping co,ordination between cross functional teams of analysts, statisticians, technology, and design to build and deliver client centric solutions, Building new offers for client by working with various cross functional and R&D teams and taking the solution to client to drive business growth, Team management including resource planning, hiring, appraisals, attrition and people management for the team, Work in the areas of sales & category management, Business planning, Marketing ROI, Forecasting and other related initiatives , Help sales and client engagement teams with business development support to acquire new clients. Co,lead growing business with existing clients along with client engagement teams., Manage revenue and profitability for the account with financial goalsESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES :, Good marketing domain knowledge understanding, particularly in the consumer goods domain. , Should have led a medium to large size team in past (15+) and worked against revenue goals, Should be good at Analytical thinking & breaking down large problems into solvable chunks. , Should have experience with working on statistics and econometric methods and delivering such projects to clients. Hand, on experience with R,Python for modeling work a plus but not must., Should have understanding and exposure for various consumer and digital data sources, Should be willing to continuously co,ordinate with onsite clients and teams in India. , Have a consulting orientation; gather different perspectives, examples and use them to enrich day,to,day work , Should have exposure to client management and working in global delivery structure., Willing to travel onsite as and when required QUALIFICATIONS :, 8+ years of experience in Marketing analytics, ROI Modeling, Forecasting or Consulting , Masters, degree in Business Administration is a must. Preferably from a good business school with Marketing as one of the focus areas
