KANTAR Analytics, Bengaluru is the hub for global deliveries of Total Marketing ROI as well as Forecasting and other advanced analytics work, for clients across the globe. We currently have openings for Director Advanced Analytics at our Bangalore office. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:, Lead a team of 10+ consultants and analyst to deliver various advanced analytics solutions to our client including ROI, Forecasting and Other modeling and ML based solutions , Work with marketing clients to help them make smart decisions and then to implement and track them. , Manage day,to,day delivery operations independently along with consultant and analyst team, Engaging as a thought leader and program owner with the client , Co,ordination with cross functional teams of analysts, statisticians, technology, and design to build and deliver client centric solutions, Playing a team management role including hiring, appraisal and people management role for the team, Work in the areas of sales & category management, Business planning, Marketing ROI, Forecasting and other related initiatives , Help sales and client engagement teams with business development support to acquire new clients or engage and grow existing clients, Manage revenue reporting for the account with Revenue and Growth targetsESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES:, Good marketing domain knowledge understanding, particularly in the consumer goods domain. , Should be good at Analytical thinking & breaking down large problems into solvable chunks. , Should have hands on experience with working on statistics and econometric methods with knowledge of R,Python and its libraries for modeling , Should have understanding and exposure for various consumer and digital data sources, Should be willing to continuously co,ordinate with onsite clients and teams in India. , Have a consulting orientation; gather different perspectives, examples and use them to enrich day,to,day work , Willing to travel onsite as and when required QUALIFICATIONS:, 5+ years of experience in Marketing analytics, ROI Modeling, Forecasting or Consulting , Masters, degree in Business Administration is a must. Preferably from a good business school with Marketing as one of the focus areas
