Job Description

Setting up the ERP (Pipefy) and team training.

Basic programming experience on Wordpress and/or Shopify

Install and configure software and hardware

Manage network servers and technology tools

Set up accounts and workstations

Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements

Troubleshoot issues and outages

Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls

Upgrade systems with new releases and models

Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies

Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

Required Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Basic knowledge on all latest tech stack’s

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team oriented environment

Ability to solve problems across functional areas and multi-tasker.

Ability to work with minimal guidance. Ability to be flexible, and handle multiple tasks amidst ambiguity.

Ability to work effectively with internal and external teams

Excellent troubleshooting skills.
