Description: , Manage administrative functions required to deliver infrastructure inclusive of planning, tracking, ordering, reporting, and consumption. , Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members as well as overall team management responsibilities , Responsible for the development of organizational functional goals, priorities and service objectives aligning with the overall GTI strategy , Accountable for one or more of the following: incident management, change management, impact identification, management communication, Risk and Controls, client relationship management, service improvement, discovery,gathering,documenting of business needs and data and requirements , Perform talent evaluation, performance appraisals. , Manages Team Talent evaluation and Performance Management. , Plan, track and manage the proper use of technology infrastructure to optimize delivery and cost , Management and Customer Escalations within or outside of service tower , Advocates for customer base when faced with Infrastructure or Business Critical issues , For Individual Contributors, focuses on projects or programs that require technical and,or soft skills to drive delivery , Enforces a culture of stop and fix to protect the team's reputation for excellence in engineering. , Helps set strategic direction for the team , Cultivates trust through personal and team relationships with arrange of Product Owners. , Mentors and develops to high level of performance; shares tacit knowledge gained from experience , Engages with technology and business leadership to evolve architectural principles and ensure alignment with technology solutions with these principles , Lead Developer or Technology Manager, Design Authority , Application Owner , Agile Coach, Scrum Master Candidate will be part of GTI CRS Application Dev,SRE Team and drive automation by establishing developer skills in IT Infrastructure resources. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: , Candidate with more than 13+ yrs of experience in both Systems Engineering and Software Development , Advanced knowledge of architecture, design across all systems , Strong understanding of development concepts, SDLC methodologies, OOP concepts, enterprise design patterns, industry best practices , Experience designing and building REST web services using Python , Strong experience with Python for implementing web technologies , Experience with HTML5,JavaScript,Typescript, AJAX, JSON, jQuery , Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular,React , Experience designing and developing large scale enterprise applications , Understanding of Domain Driven Design, Microservices patterns and architectures , SCM , DevOps , CI,CD tools & process (GIT,Bitbucket,Sonar) , Familiar with modern infrastructure technology and architecture (Cloud, virtualization, object stores, etc.) , Agile development experience or equivalent in fast,paced development environment , Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to negotiate compromise and demonstrate diplomacy in sensitive situations and to interact effectively with peers and management When you work at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you're not just working at a global financial institution.
