Roles & Responsibilities: The incumbent is responsible for providing ongoing operational support to all the desk across products: , Monitor data feeds and pre margin issuance checks to ensure they are performed in line with SLAs , Perform various activities and control checks to ensure that the exposures are properly captured and monitored in the system , Perform day,to day supervision of margining process to ensure the margin calculations are in accordance with the policies set , Respond to queries from stakeholders , desk on collateral activities and resolve complex problems , Partnering with the Front Office, Operations, and Technology teams to resolve issues , Managing deliverables while servicing all ad hoc queries and requests. , Active involvement in the daily activities and active member of transformation project both strategic and business intelligence , Manage team and upskill the team on a regular basis on professional and soft skills , Escalate issues for any urgent matters or assistance , People management and ability to drive large program initiatives. , Provide detailed business control metrics to management on a daily basis , In addition to being an SME, all people management aspects of the team including individual performance management, team building, succession planning, cross training etc. , Risk management focusing on daily exposures, fails management, accurate books and records , Regular evaluation , improvement of control environment The role requires attention to detail, an awareness of the risks involved and an ability to work under pressure and strict adherence to deadlines.
