Job Description

One of the significant programs CIB Infrastructure services is closely associated to the Global Datacenter Transformation program. The project execution team partners with Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) and CIB business,aligned application teams. We manage the end,to,end application migrations from legacy data centers and legacy infrastructure platforms to strategic target states. We do this following a proven methodology for managing the application migration from application analysis to migration and subsequent decommissioning of existing infrastructure. Roles Responsibilities: As the infra service project execution lead for APAC your responsibilities will include: , Reporting to the Global Program Director you will own the end to end delivery APAC program , Partnering with the global project execution teams in APAC, EMEA and NAMR you will deliver against the objectives of the Global Data Centre Program in APAC You will also provide local leadership of the wider Infrastructure services project execution team based in India , Drive priorities and objectives aligned to the wider group, effectively managing senor stakeholders, developing and delivering appropriate impact reporting and driving outcomes that deliver business value, , Ensure culture of continuous feedback and improvement is maintained and developed across the team, with Infrastructure services colleagues, GTI and AD partners. , Manage RAID, effective escalation management, cross function,team partnering, anticipate blockers against delivery targets, owning all aspect of the RAID necessary for delivery. You will review and adjust your operational structure as necessary to deliver against your objectives. , Management of key stakeholder communications with impacted LOB's, Internal stakeholders and senior management , Oversight and governance of the program life cycle that covers the following phases :, Analysis, Design, Provisioning, Configuration, Testing, Migration and Decommission , Management of exceptions and escalations from internal LOB customers and external core technology stakeholders, that impact plan delivery or contravene technology standards or controls Qualifications,Experience,Knowledge: , Extensive background in Infrastructure Project,Programme management, driving and motivating geographically dispersed delivery teams to perform effectively and efficiently. Ensuring delivery expectations are clearly defined, understood and delivered , Extensive experience managing teams, in a direct and matrix capacity. Proven ability to develop, coach and drive high performing teams , Experience of virtualization technologies (VMware, Containers, Public Cloud) and platform,based services (Paas, Iaas, etc) , Robust understanding of infrastructure lifecycle and delivery frameworks that enable adoption and integration of new technology solutions into complex business infrastructure environments. , Proven Experience with the management of decision processes at large organisations, with ability to communicate technical information and ideas at all levels. Must be comfortable communicating clearly and concisely with senior (C Level) stakeholders , Strong negotiation skills, with experience of managing third party resources or delivery partners with an ability to facilitate and motivate cross,functional teams , Very strong planning and organizational skills with proven experience of recommending implementation strategies to ensure successful delivery of programs and projects , Adaptability and ability to focus and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment J.P.
