Job Description

As a member of our Project Execution team, you'll draw on your strengths in managing people and processes to manage technology projects that typically span multiple lines of business and have firm,wide implications., Working closely with the Program Leads to partner with business,aligned Production Management, Application Development, and GTI teams to ensure applications are moved on time and CIB Prioritized Projects executed without unexpected production impact , Working closely with Global team located in EMEA and APAC following a standard migration methodology , Manage the migration phase lifecycle management: Analysis, Design, Provisioning, Configuration, Testing, Execution and Decommission , Manage risks and issues for application migrations under your management, escalating to senior management when necessary Stakeholder engagement and governance: Following a consistent process you will manage the communication with your application contacts Migration Schedule management: ensure your application migration plans are managed appropriately and risks to the schedule are managed and escalated as necessary., Dependency management: management of key dependencies identified during analysis and design phase which are key for completion of application migration., Experienced Project Manager with a background in large cross line of business projects , Proven ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects in parallel. , Must be comfortable communicating clearly and concisely, including management escalations , Knowledge in the following key areas: Hardware Architecture (performance testing, monitoring, operations), Hardware Benchmarking (Agile, program managements, network management), Design (compliance, security), Network Engineering (planning, provision)Intermediate understanding of line of business technology drivers and their impact on architecture design , Thinks creatively to deliver solutions through continuous improvement Experience with Data Centre Migration projects or other significant infrastructure programs Banking or Financial markets background a plus, but not essential.
