Role:This role is to be the Business Analyst & Project Manager for Post Trade Domain with below responsibilities:, Build strong connect with key global stakeholders to understand the business problems., Participate in understanding how business functions are performed and challenge the status quo to drive automation, global consistency., Be responsible for data model of Post trade functions., Be responsible for analyzing business requirements through user interviews, analyzing data, review of BRD & user stories., Actively participate in system testing & UAT by contributing to test plans and reviewing test results., Track milestones of multiple software projects and communicate RAG ratings & risks to key stakeholders., Act as Scrummaster for 2 scrum teams. Essential skills: , Minimum 18 years of experience in business analysis & project management. , Experience at conflict management. , Excellent written & verbal communication. , RDBMS experience writing SQL queries , Experience writing complex excel formulas.
