Responsibilities: , Day to day finance operations, execute month end closing process in US GAAP, Local GAAP (Ind AS) , Quarterly Income attribution billing , Coordination for intercompany expense allocations for all FO entities (cost,sharing from JPMIPL, corporate center billing, profession charges etc.) , Standalone regulatory reporting to Exchanges and Reserve Bank of India on Half Yearly, Annual basis , Preparation of Board decks , Preparation of Annual Financials and coordination for Statutory Audit , Regulatory Inspections , General Ledger Reconciliation and Substantiation , US Standalone Reporting , Other items Qualifications, Skills and Experience: , A degree in accounting or finance,related discipline , 2,4 years of experience in accounting,finance role , A recognized professional accounting qualification , Knowledge on accounting standards, audit procedures etc. , Mature, independent, self,motivated, conscientious, able to work under pressure , Good communication skills , Project Management Skills , Positive attitude and a good team player JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
