Shared services , Financial Accounting to be centralized with its consolidated reporting 3. E,procurement ,Central procurement software for RFQ, negotiations, e,auctions, spend analysis, and related Dashboard.4. Paperless offices: Advice and implementation.5. Big data analytics and KPI dashboard 6. Centralized Dash Board Development (Financials). Revenues v,s cost of running.7. B.I. Tool proper implementation and recommendation. Recommendation and Training to our Finance,Operations,I.T. teams for best utilization.8. Processes to automate using RPA (Robotics Process Automation) bots in the hospitality industry. Finding out best use cases and training to the teams.9. Utilize A.I. and M.L. capabilities for predictive analytics. (onboard some cost,effective interns from AI fields) 10. Data Security: Implementing the tools and processes to enable data backup and data security practices
