Job Description

ROLE:The role manages the Data Management team at iQuanti. This individual will manage project intake, design, development, governance, & optimization of Data Management practices.RESPONSIBILITIES:Tag Management:, This role will work closely with digital marketing, analytics, and client team members to capture the data needed to drive business decisions., Centralize digital tracking, analytics, and associated data quality., Implement and manage analytics platforms (primarily DTM, GTM, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics 360 Suite, Google Optimize) , Maintain working knowledge of industry best practices and changes in analytics platforms, and identify how they impact existing clients, Subject Matter expertise Handle development of tags and data layer using DTM and GTM for Web and Mobile App, Provide technical direction and leadership on design, development, and testing of Tagging , Design, build, test, and monitor of our Web data layer and web tags,pixels Implement and maintain a technical solution , Ensure governance of consumer data taxonomy, consistency, quality, and consent compliance Debug, troubleshoot, and fix configuration and integration issues., Work with marketing teams (paid media, social media, organic search engine optimization) for tracking in their areas and merging of their data with web analytics, as needed., Stay abreast of new developments in MarTech space like customer journey analytics tools as well as specifically in Digital analytics space i.e. Google releases and functionality, making suggestions to improve existing processes and implement new solutions, Clearly communicating priorities, objectives,goals, mission and acceptance criteria to the Team., Validate deliveries through success metrics, after deployment to ensure they meet all operational and business requirements and drive maintenance and problem resolution.People Development:, Supervise and ensure efficient working of employees in the organization., Provide guidance and feedback to team members., Guide and mentor team members towards successful career growth. , Identify training needs and help facilitate required training.Program Management:, End to end project management throughout the project lifecycle., Own project goals and drive the outcomes,results., Translate strategic plan to a mid,level and detailed execution plan., Coordinates activities to meet project deadlines., On,time, on,budget and quality delivery of the projectCommunication:, Manage communication with the client, account management and delivery,solution teams on a regular basis to ensure the health of the relationship and project goal progress., Provides regular updates to internal and external stakeholders., Provides the client business context to the solution teams and helps drive the solution development to positively impact client goalsDESIRED EXPERIENCE:1. 5+ years business experience in digital analytics implementation experience2. 5+ years of working with the DTM and GTM or similar platform, Eloqua or similar MAP3. 3+ years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery (ability to read, write, troubleshoot code)4. 3+ years of experience with Mobile and app tagging 5. Experience creating and maintaining operational data quality monitoring processes6. Experience working with tag management platforms and data layers7. Exposure to web diagnostic tools like Fiddler2, Charles Proxy, or Firebug a plus8. Web analytics certification a plus9. Tag management certification a plus10. Data Management Platform (DMP) experience a plusDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar2. At least 6+ years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
