We are looking for a new Intern to join our fast-paced and growing social agency. You’ll be joining a busy Operations team at the heart of making the agency tick. You’ll be assisting on many of the day-to-day functions at That Lot, as well at getting regular exposure to the numerous in-house departments.

We’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow into the agency. The perfect candidate is someone keen to learn, take on board constructive feedback and get their hands dirty. We have an excellent record of developing our interns into multidisciplined professionals and we’re on the lookout for our next success story.


  • Managing That Lot’s email and telephone enquiries.

  • Assisting the creative team with research on project briefs, attending creative brainstorms, providing minutes

  • Assisting the Well-being team on agency initiatives, including events.

  • Day-to-day coordination with the building and facilities team, assisting with That Lot’s return to office, meeting room booking and preparation.

  • Booking travel and accommodation

  • Finance/expense processing.


  • Demonstrate a keen interest in social media marketing.

  • Be collaborative, approachable and solution-orientated.

  • Be proactive and hard-working, taking pride in their work.

  • Demonstrate great organisation and attention to detail.

  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office.


  • A good sense of humour.
