Job Description

Role We at Innovaccer are looking for a Lead PMO (Program Management Office) to join our Professional Services Group. This group is part of Customer Success Org which deals with Customer Implementations, Customisations, Integrations and Services (for e.g. Trainings) around the Platform and Application Portfolio of Innovaccer. The Lead PMO is a Project and Program Management professional able to support projects and programs independently, acts as a delivery partner to implementation teams. The activities of the PMO are centralized around resource and work planning & control, budget management, change management and product quality control across customer accounts. Also, a PMO Lead is able to lead a team of program management office members (associates) schedule and assign work, set objectives, provide feedback on performance and motivate. PMO is in the heart of a project helping the project manager to administer and operate within different project management areas and manage people to deliver scheduled and on demand services in time, scope and budget agreed with the client.Responsibilities Establish right protocols and structures between Customer Success and Product teams Create High Performing Teams to optimize Project Delivery Resource Forecasting and capacity utilization metrics across the Group Responsible for Group Dashboards and MIS creation Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure customer commitments are met and there is high degree of predictability and visibility into project Administration of risks and issues Help with implementation of Innovaccer Standard Implementation and Delivery Model MS Project work plan management support keeping track of plans, budget, quality standards, deliverable and dependencies Facilitation of internal and external meetings Monitoring of relations between project areas and active improvement submission Leading and coaching a small team of project management assistantsBackground Skills Desired Strong, professional communication skills, able to approach senior managers using appropriate level of detail, terminology, and style Strong planning and organizing, ability to see the big picture Focus on details, error less delivery, logical reasoning Proactive with can do attitude A strong team player, proven team leadership potential Willing to step out of own comfort zone Fast learner with ability to adapt to change quickly Bachelor or Master Degree 8 12 years of experience in the area of project management support within professional services Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Knowledge of financial processes (e.g. invoicing and budgeting) Excellent communication skills PMP is desirable
