Your Role :, The ABM Marketing Manager is an experienced professional who owns our account,based marketing program for a given category, working closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to educate, engage and excite our strategic accounts., The role will partner with the strategic accounts sales team to drive sales pipeline and revenue through account,targeted programs. This role will be a critical resource in creating engagements with strategic accounts through multiple channels and in tandem with digital, demand, partner, and field marketing teams., They will own the overall responsibility for planning and executing a multitude of marketing programs , e.g. content marketing, digital marketing, account intelligence gathering and sales enablement , to a group of strategic accounts in support of sales goals., Reporting to the Product Marketing lead, this individual needs to ensure we maximize the impact of our brand, thought leadership and solution value propositions in strategic accounts., A qualified candidate must possess broad and deep skills in solution marketing, with a strong understanding of current marketing tools, analytics, and the buying cycle within IT TechnologiesA Day in the Life :, Define and create a framework for integrated, multi,touch, multi,channel ABM program primarily targeted at new customers, Drive account specific marketing planning aligned to sales strategies for account,appropriate offerings., Focus on the buyer's journey and deploy the right programmatic and account,specific tactical mix to deliver the right content at the right time, Create annual and quarterly marketing plans for targeted list of accounts and contacts that focus on customer acquisition and accelerate existing opportunity close and expansion, Lead ongoing account check,ins with sales team to ensure account goals, key contacts and account plans remain on track, and discuss upcoming account requirements and modifications, Develop and manage account facing marketing and sales content by collaborating with various stakeholders and teams to ensure high quality, differentiated and consistent messaging, Collaborate with sales operations on developing the appropriate marketing metrics for these accounts, including visibility into marketing campaign results and effectiveness, including lead generation, opportunity creation, service adoption, pipeline contribution, and ROI of our marketing efforts within the account, Collaborate closely with the research analysts to identify target account needs and challenges; build key executive profiles and create engaging content and run targeted campaigns to engage key stakeholders, Ensure programmatic execution of personalized campaigns to targeted accounts, and 1:1 or 1:few account,based marketing tactics to select focus accountsWhat You Need :, Minimum of 3+ years of post MBA experience in GTM strategy, B2B Marketing, solution and ABM Marketing (B2B SaaS experience preferred), Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross,functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams, Strong writing, storytelling with creativity skills, Experience with digital marketing technology, particularly as applied to ABM programs, Data,driven and proficient with extracting analytic insights to segment audiences and optimize efforts, Strong project management skills to drive on,time delivery of activities, Previous account selling background would be advantageous
