Your RoleThis is a senior and highly visible role within the GTM organization, reporting directly to the India Team Head of GTM Ops. This role focuses on leading and building the sales analytics function, which combines strategic thinking with being comfortable and hands,on with project deliverables and sales data analysis. It requires a depth of experience in high,growth SaaS,Enterprise B2B markets. You will be responsible for building the next level of Sales Analytics CoE at Innovaccer and be responsible for the roadmap and ongoing development of dashboards, predictive and propensity,based sales analytics models in collaboration with our CRM. In short, we are looking for a highly experienced or highly smart candidate who is data,driven, hands,on with sales revenue forecasting, predictive a nd historical models that can help scale our sales teams.A Day in the Life, Partner closely with our Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations leaders and their teams, serving as analyticssubject matter leader in GTM to monitor and report on the sales funnel end to end., Build state,of,the,art Sales Analytics and Data science CoE for Innovaccer that helps predict, forecast and optimize productivity and performance across Global Sales, Marketing and Growth functions., Establish high quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales and marketing organizations at Innovaccer., Lead a team to develop processes, systems, dashboards, and productivity metrics to ensure our teams hit their performance targets. Incorporate early detection and identification into the process to ensure timely actions are taken through decision analytics and predictive sales modeling., Work with other GTM Org leaders to assign salesforce quotas and territories while ensuring the company's financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels., Optimally deploy sales personnel, making recommendations for sales roles, coverage models, or team configurations to maximize sales productivity., Own Business Intelligence, using data analysis and storytelling to generate insights for the team., Manage dashboards and provide company leadership with relevant insight and recommended actions What You Need, Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales modelling & Salas operations From B2B IT Product ,Consulting organization Analytics, Business strategy, Statistics., MBA, PGDM from Tier I,II college , university, Experience in managing business, sales analytics projects from inception to delivery while communicating., Experience in effectively working with stakeholders in sales and other functions to drive cross,data sales data science projects., Experience in querying and manipulating raw datasets for analysis, Experience with visualizations, excel, dashboards, and reports, Experience with data modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data science techniques., Fair understanding of Business and Sales concepts, Experience working independently and as a member of a cross,functional team, Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and other leading dashboarding tools., Experience with Salesforce.com and other market,leading CRM applications.
