When you work with Innovaccer, you are your own boss.Your RoleWe are looking for Director Biz Ops in our corporate strategy team to lead the company's wide objectives achievement & implement cadences & strategies which will directly impact the top & the bottom line, Develop strategy cadence to support the CEO and keep track of company level objectives across business units., Drive OKR processes for enabling business planning and board level reporting., Drive excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas, create business levels goals and deliver key business insights for high priority initiatives., Work cross,functionally with business heads and being a connective tissue between teams (Sales, marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to help define measurable objectives and drive towards the objectives, Manage operation, key objectives dashboards to monitor business line performance for supporting executive leadership in their decision making, Be a thought partner to senior leaders of the company to help devise corporate and functional strategy., Own and drive strategic cross,functional initiatives that are critical to company growth and operational efficiency., Generate business insights that will drive company strategy and unlocks valuesWhat you have , Min 10 years of proven Strategy & Biz Ops experience with high growth B2B Product SaaS or at a Consulting experience is a must., MBA , PGDM in Business, finance ,corporate strategy & operation from Tier I College , University, A self,starter with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and proactively address conflicting stakeholder requirements to achieve creative compromise, Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, be a true team,player and effectively time,manage and prioritize under pressure., A history of identifying and developing business cases for strategic growth opportunities and operational improvements and elegantly executing projects from proposal to implementation, Ability to deep dive into data, identify and quantify opportunities, and design sustainable improvements and solutions
