You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and tracking innovative employer branding and talent attraction strategies for building our Employer Brand. Key activities will include producing engaging content and distributing it across several online channels to ensure we attract and hire high,potential employees and build a strong employer brand across social media and other platforms.A day in the life :, Develop social media strategy with respect to employer branding., Plan, design, implement and maintain the company's employer pages on social media tools like Glassdoor, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, twitter, and other job portals, Drive campaigns and content plans in tandem with recruitment efforts and ads, Create impactful content across channels and drive engagement, Drive employee advocacy program, Drive social ambassador network internally , working in collaboration with HR BP teams on in,person meetings, content flow, events, and experiences to boost pride amongst our people., Oversee LinkedIn content presence (pages, messaging, and recruitment ads) and collaborate with the social team on campaigns and elevate initiatives., Position Innovaccer as a thought leader in the industry , identify forums to promote this, Maintain and enhance our corporate website, Responsible for analysing data and devising solutions,creative ways to achieve desired outcomes., Identify and drive aspirational award applications and events , platforms to promote Innovaccer brand externallyQualification & Experience :, Post, Graduate with min 8 years of relevant work experience in employer branding, Content development Marketing communication strategy at B2B, IT Product , consulting companies, High creative thinking ability, strong presentation skills, exceptional communication skills , written and verbal, Strong consulting skills to work with senior stakeholders and ability to drive global programs through complex organization., Expertise in leading multi,functional project teams and strong project management experience, Ability to influence and collaborate cross,functionally, Experience with multiple deliverables and working in a deadline,driven environment
