Job Summary:The incumbent will own the end,to,end customer experience of sellers on IndiaMART including identifying monetization opportunities, designing and developing sales, upsell and retention plans and their Go To Market Strategies. The role requires working closely with cross functional teams to ensure proper user experience is delivered through the products and processes as per the product design.Job Description: 1. Interact with customers regularly to understand their needs and priorities2. Identify new monetization opportunities and develop products to cater to these needs3. Identify upsell opportunities to improve the Per Customer Revenue4. Analyze the customer behavior data to assess the engagement levels and design solutions to reduce the customer churn 5. Create and launch Go Live Plans for customer experience improvement programs6. Assist in development of annual operating plans for Sales, Upsell and Customer Retention 7. Develop performance metrics, promotion schemes and monitor key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the Sales and Servicing teamsKnowledge and Skills:1. Ability to work together with cross functional teams in a highly dynamic work environment 2. Data analytics3. Customer focus with service orientation and strong business acumen4. IT savvy & process orientation5. Must have deep understanding of mobile user experience in Indian marketsQualifications: B Tech + MBA or Equivalent from any of the top tier colleges would be preferred
