Position State Sales Training Head

Job Purpose

To plan, organize & implement training initiatives across sales team for enhancing knowledge, skill & attitude of the team.

To lead & guide the team of field sales trainers through performance coaching intervention which leads to higher performance levels in sales team.

Key Result Areas

Ensuring training need analysis for the entire sales team.

Plan & circulate monthly Sales Training calendar

Roll out & implement Training calendar

Evaluation of the effectiveness of imparted training

Manage FST & providing coaching for skill enhancement

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA graduate from a Tier 1 college with 7 14 years of experience in Sales Training, Distribution in Telecom and FMCG organizations.
