Job Description

, Managerial Responsibilities Maintaining up,to,date knowledge of local regulations and rules., Implementing and administering regulatory requirements by way of reviewing Operational Policies and Procedures, Managing 1st Level engagement with regulatory authorities (SEBI, RBI, etc.) including managing and providing onsite support for all regulatory reviews and examinations., Assisting in developing and implementing Compliance policies, codes, and procedures , Performing compliance reviews , monitoring and preparing compliance reports for senior management and Board , Board committees based on regulatory , internal audit , management reviews., Maintaining frequent contact with other stakeholders on compliance related matters, Assisting in investigating and responding to complaints or matters of potential violations of regulation or compliance policies and procedures., Assisting and contributing in compliance related projects, Participate and contribute in business led projects,initiatives by providing guidance and advice from compliance perspective., Preparing Training material and conducting training on compliance topics,policiesQualification, Qualified Chartered Accountant,Company Secretary or Law Graduate from reputed universityExperience :, Minimum 15 years of compliance experience at mid,level with reputed organizations in BFSI sectorsFunctional Competencies :, Experience of engaging with regulatory authorities , SEBI & RBI , Experience in handling Internal Auditors and Regulatory Audits , Reasonable knowledge of regulations applicable to BFSI , Ability to comprehend and analyze business processes, workflows and software as appropriate. , Proficiency in planning with an ability to work under and meet tight deadlines , Conversant with basic work applications (such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
