Job Description

Lead the Business Planning at Group level: Analysis of business performance & financial results analysis, budgeting & forecasting and peer analysis etc., Partner with business units in business planning aspects of ICRA Group and support business in strategy and decision making, Lead and manage the relationship with senior management, the colleagues in finance department, other function heads and other stakeholders in Moody, s, Track, understand and present board financial market and economic trends and indicators, Through analysis of rating volumes and yields, including segments wise analysis, market share, market coverage etc., Drive and prepare monthly,quarterly dashboards on business and financial performance of the group, for supporting the business heads in their decision making, including dashboard and MIS reports for Moody, s, Peer analysis on various parameters as required by business unit heads, including quarterly results. Gather internal and external market,competitive trends, Preparation and finalization of annual budgets and monthly , quarterly forecasts, including functions wise budgeting and coordination with functions heads, issuing red flags or alters on time etc., Design financial models and metrics to measure performance and highlight key issues for senior management, Provide any adhoc analytical support to facilitate decision making, as and when required, Provide data for analysis for investor relation presentations for pre, empting & supporting Q&A, prepare material for IR meetings and IR presentations etc.
