Project Manager position (Infrastructure)

Relevant years of experience in Infrastructure Project Management 5

Ensure all PM's are executing with a strictly disciplined PM methodology, ensuring projects are delivered to baseline costs, to schedule, dependencies are closely managed, project change requests are raised promptly, projects are delivered on time within budget.

Participate in Program Governance meeting with IBM and Customer management meetings and communicate the Program project achievements, establish Regular communication relationship with account and Customers. Own program governance, define KPI's and ensure projects are delivered as per these KPI's.

Program manager should have holistic view of all the projects .Conduct regular Project review meeting with the PMs and review project deliverables, critical milestones, resource forecast, schedule and cost variance and quality plans for the projects programs.

Ensure delivery of all the projects within the Program as per base line schedule and budget always.

Identify the program level risks, communicate to the stakeholders and ensure that these are mitigated in timely manner.

Track and report program financials (labor and non labor) on a regular basis. For any variance in actual forecast assist the Project manager in make sure that the PCR is approved by the stake holders and PCR board as applicable for the account.

Provide consistent, accurate and timely reports on the Program Projects .

Ensure that team uses proper Project Management tools like MS Project, PGMP, change management tools, Professional Market place tool etc...produce high quality deliverables. Ensure all PM's have an accurate, current and detailed schedule is in place for each project. Ensure PM's maximize revenue by processing Timesheets and ICLA weekly.

Prepare and participate for engagement reviews and quality assurance review.

Ensure team uses standardized templates and account specific templates as applicable. Demonstrate the re use of knowledge and assets (eg. intellectual capital) at the program Level.

Drive good customer sat on the projects program and account level.

Produce all Program deliverables that are needed for audit on the account.

MUST be a PMP certified professional and willing to work with US clients.
