Key Responsibilities:Branding and Communication:, Helping in brand building, positioning and content development and help convert the same into winning customer communication strategies, Helping in Launch,GTM plan & execution, Developing and managing the implementation of the marketing and brand strategy for the Company and play a key role in leading the overall Company growth plans, Designing & implementing advertising campaigns & promotional activities, Work alongside marketing agency in helping achieve our marketing and business objectives across channels. Oversee creative execution including messaging, landing page selection and,or development, and A,B testing, etc.Digital Marketing:End to end execution of growth initiatives across channels (SEO, Content, Affiliates, Email, Video & Social media etc.) in collaboration with digital marketing agency, Building our digital marketing roadmap and managing all digital marketing channels, such as Website, Emails and Social Media, to ensure brand consistency, Analyze consumer behavior, competitors and adjust marketing and advertising campaigns accordingly and strive for out of the box ideas and new initiatives which could drive growth and build competitive advantage for the brandE,Commerce Channel Management:, Managing all e,Commerce platforms , Flipkart, Amazon, Big Basket and own website, Monitoring campaign on ecommerce platforms and sponsoring ads in ecommerce platforms to increase salesIdeal Candidate:, 3,6 years of experience FMCG marketing or have already worked with D2C brands with demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns and performance marketing , Aspire to build and grow an early,stage startup from scratch by driving the marketing and digital roadmap for their brand, spearheading the execution of strategies across channels as well as shaping the communications strategy, Person who has already worked,working in a D2C FMCG startup will be preferredCompensation , Fixed Pay + ESOPsAbout Startup:Flistaa is coming up with most loved Indian beverages like juices, milkshakes, buttermilk, sharbats etc, in various local flavours (For example , Ganga Jamuna juice, Anarkali Juice, Mango milkshake, Dryfruit Milkshake, Shikanji, Sambaram Buttermilk, Dryfruit Lassi etc.) in the most convenient format (in form of instant beverages in convenient packaging), so that they can consume their favorite local beverages at any time without any hassle.
