Good knowledge of various process improvement tools and techniques
F&A knowledge and exposure of handling Xn PI for Finance Shared Services
BE MBA from reputed institute
Exposure to QMS and CMMi
Prior Experience in Telecom Bank Other Financial Institution Shared Services.
Define and Execute Transformation roadmap for Customer
Deliver Business value to Customers by alignment to Customer goals and establish strong customer connect thru Customer governance.
Lead Transformation CI program for the Customer
Support Service Delivery Automation Robotics for the Customer
Provide Transition support to Customer Domain thru set of transition deliverables
Ensure Critical red projects resolution and support for the Customer
Identify improvement opportunities and develop account level PI Xn roadmap
Lead critical enterprise client facing projects
Conduct Lean Six Sigma trainings GB Lean Kaizen
Deploy KM practices
Create a culture of continuous improvement in business units.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
