Job Description

, Work with the entity HR teams to drive the HR risk and compliance agenda for India GU, Drive effective implementation of programs and projects to bring the required impact on HR compliance, Identify existing , potential risks and link Process, Technology and People to mitigate , eliminate the risks , Ensure the stakeholders are informed, integrated and enabled., Act as the SME to the HR and HRSS teams, applying deep expertise and knowledge on HR policies and processes. , Be the point of contact from India HR to work with global team in implementing GDPR controls for India HR assets. Key Responsibilities:, Design the HR risk & compliance framework for India GU, Work with entity HR leadership and process owners to mitigate keys risks in HR process and to improve the end to end HR delivery processes., Periodic review of the HR processes and tools from risk and compliance perspective and provide feedback to entities, Monitor HR metrics across entities for compliance and report to HR leadership on non,compliance issues. , Accountable for driving consistent, standardized and effective HR process controls across entities , Conduct risk assessment on key HR processes to identify risks and mitigate them and drive self checks for process effectiveness and efficiency , Play an advisory role for entity HR teams in designing HR processes and tools from risk perspective. , Serve as a main point of contact for Business Continuity Management (BCM) for India HR and manage the people accounting process for India GU. , Manage , support external certification audits like ISO, BCM, SOC audits etc. , Adapt, communicate and implement the strategic direction of all operations to ensure adherence to global policies and processes , Manage relationships with stakeholders like HRSS, process owners, ER & Policies team and key individuals within entity HR teams , Resolve any escalated issues and risks for the GU , Responsible for collaborating with different parts of the HR organization within and outside GU for compliance related matters
